Job Description
As a System Analyst in Oracle’s Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support to Oracle’s global customer base. This role focuses on resolving customer issues, supporting Oracle products, and acting as a bridge between customers and internal Oracle teams.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring issues are understood, tracked, and resolved efficiently. While the role includes technical exposure, it is structured to support freshers through guidance from senior engineers and established processes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing post-sales support to Oracle customers
• Resolving customer inquiries through phone and electronic communication
• Troubleshooting product usage and system issues
• Supporting Oracle’s Electronic Support Services
• Acting as an advocate for customer needs within Oracle
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Customer Interaction & Support
