Job Description
As a Process Associate – Voice at Genpact, you will work as part of the contact center and collections support function, interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality customer service while assisting with payment-related queries, dispute resolution, and account management.
This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. It is well-suited for freshers who want to gain exposure to voice processes, financial operations, and enterprise-level customer handling.
Key Responsibilities (Explained Clearly)
Inbound & Outbound Voice Support
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in a blended environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information
Collections & Payment Support
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding or delinquent payments
• Collect payments over the phone or obtain payment commitments
• Guide customers through available payment options
Customer Assistance & Dispute Resolution
• Assist customers with billing queries, payment disputes, and account clarifications
• Share account statements and payment confirmations
• Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines
Negotiation & Payment Planning
