Job Description

• Work as part of Capco’s analytics team to support data-driven initiatives across financial services, banking, insurance, and energy sectors.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Assist in building, deploying, and monitoring analytical and AI/ML models to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply innovative thinking to improve existing analytics processes and contribute ideas that enhance delivery quality.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the analysis lifecycle.
• Document analytical approaches, assumptions, and results to support transparency and future enhancements.
